I have a BCM 3.6 with a static IP address. I have 2 remote phones running on dsl that can connect to my switch and receive and make calls, but there is only 1 way talk path. Meaning i can hear them, they can't hear me. Any ideas? TIA

Default gateway setting on the BCM, or telephones possibly?

set the phone up here before taking them out, and they work fine. Not sure what to change in gateway for remote sets?

What is the default gateway on the BCM? Should be pointing to the router/vpn concentrator that terminates the tunnels. The remote phones should have their default gateway configured as the IP of the firewall/router/vpn concentrator at the remote site.

Since you connected them to the BCM before taking them out and they worked, you at least now know that you are up against a network/IP routing problem and not necessarily an issue with the BCM.
