1 way audio on h323 trunk to cisco system

we can hear them (cisco) but they cant hear us...

I attached the trace they sent me, any idea of which side should be making an adjustment?

You wireshark it and see if you capture audio being sent, (I'll wager it is) probably the network blocking RTP or something wrong on their Cisco, there's a lot more to get wrong their side

what's the pcap look like? Where does the H245 signaling set the media up between the two? Direct media path off.
