1 users resetting expansion modules

I have an IPO user (ext 121) that resets the expansion module they are connected to when they check their voicemail messages. I move the phone to another expansion module and the other expansion module now resets. I have tried swapping out the phone, no luck, anyone ever hear of this?

What type of telephone and what type of expansion module? What versions?

you replaced the phone so we can most likely rule the phone issue out, you said you moved the phone to a different module and still does this, this sounds like a wiring issue at the voice jack itself, take the phone directly to the phone port and plug it in and test and see what happens. If it then test good then you have a wiring issue at the voice jack
