1 user cannot add addition mailbox

Hi all,

i have a strange issue where one user cannot add an additional mailbox, i've logged on as the user and granted him full permissions to the mailbox (i myself have the same permissions and can add the mailbox)
but when i try to add it on his system i get an error saying

"The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list"

The account is not hidden from the exchange address list and i've even tried logging on as him on my PC to add the addition mailbox but no joy

Anyone got any ideas on this one?

maybe you can try this...

remove yourself and that person from the shared mailbox shared permission.

create a group, add yourself in, and give full access permission to that group. if it works for you, add the other user in that group as well.
