1 Record Tables Not Pulling Records

I have a report with 6 databases. Three are of the 1 record type and as only used for addressing purposes. They have no related fields. I added a field to each table called RptLink and put a value of 1 in it. In my record selection statement I say for each table that RptLink = 1. I am not pulling any records. Must be doing something stupid... Anyone got any ideas?

I notice that you say that the entities have no relations. Are you doing an Equal link between the tables based on the RptLink field, as well as stipulating RptLink = 1 in your record selection criteria?

No not saying equal between tables only using the record selection formula.

You need to join the tables on the new column. At the moment, it sounds like you just have some floating entities out there. If you can't join them, then for each floating entity, you need to commit it to a subreport.

The way I had it was OK. The problem was in the actual data tables. I was trying to pull a value that wasn't there. Once I put correct data in the other tables, the report works like a charm. Thanks for all your help.
