1 outbound que will not send

I can telnet to the server and connect, but the que will build to 200 emails before it sends some of the mail through. This begin to happen after we rebooted the server. All services have been restarted at least 3 times.

There are any number of threads on this sort of thing. Unfortunatly there are a lot of problems that have the same symptoms.

In my case the fix was to add a new SMTP connector and make it use HELO instead of EHLO.
