I have a report that I need to format each page based on how many records there are for that one page.

Page one of the report might have 2 records so I would want to use a single column centered on the page to print them, where as page two migh have 11 records and it should print in two columns and page three might need to print in three columns. This needs to be the same report, but each page be able to display the data in differnet column formats.

Sample:

Page 1
2 records
record one
record two

Page 2
11 records

record one record two
record three record four
record five record six
record seven record eight
record nine record ten
record eleven

Page 3
30 records

record one record two record three
record fout record five record six
...
...
...
...

Can Access handle this?

Thanks

You could probably modify the code in the multicolumn demo at This demo doesn't use page setup to create columns. You should be able to determine the number of records and use code to set the left property of your text boxes.
