1 Extra Row Exporting to Excel

I have a report that I am exporting to Excel. I get one extra row after the first detail row. I have no other sections after details (only a header section and the detail section everything else is suppressed) and it doesn't do it between each row just the first one.

I have checked the widths of the fields in the detail and the header and have aligned everything and still I get the one extra row. What else should I check?

I can't export using data only as it screws up my column headings which the user wants to be an exact width depending on the field.

I forgot to mention that I don't have any subreports either.

Oh I am using version 11.0.0.1282 of Crystal Reports and version 2003 11.8302.8221 SP3 of Excel.
