I have one user who keeps receiving the same email over and over again. In the message tracking, it is showing as going into advanced queuing, then being delivered locally to "adress@domain.com" then to store to "adress@domain.com", then to the ppublic folder which we copy all mails into. Then after a seemingly random time, it does it all again. Is there any way I can delete this mail to stop this happenning, and does anybody know why this might be happening?
