1 digit transfers with Auto Attendant, or CCR Tree

How do I allow a caller to hit a single digit to transfer to a HG? I have 3 depts that are each on a hunt group of their own. I can dial the 3 digit HG DN just fine, but I don't want the caller to have to hit 3 digits. I want them to hit a single button?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the CCR tree set the digit you want to do an internal transfer to the HG number.

I did not see that option where to set the digit, but I am looking again right now.

You need to build a Custom Call Routing tree in Call Pilot. You simply make the digit 1 an internal transfer to your HG DN.
