*1 dialing not sensing in conference

from few days i facing this problem in hipath 4k.this is regarding the scheduled conferencing.conference system is in germany.they scheduled conference by defining DID number of H4k.when call comes to ip phones openstage 15hfa message played from their side please entere *1 to enter conference but when *1 nothing happens again it says press *1 after three attempts it get disconnected.it is happening only for ip phones from analog phone when *1 pressed it get joining in conference.

If you go into Assistant and load one of the stations in question, on the Basic1 tab make sure the box for "No DTMF signal during Conf" is blank. If that is checked it will probably block you from dialing digits during a conference.
