1 Barred ?

Extn numbers begin with 1XXX.

Using 1 barred in user right short code. Also using the dreaded (hated in this forum) line appearances on (2) 1416; 1 barred to prevent LD calls. All sets use ARS 91N with force auth code.

Problem is cannot reach any extn starting with 1XXX. Help!

What are you getting in response on the phone when you try to call a 1xxx extension?
Do you have a regular Appearance button on the phone (as compared to line appearance)? If not, set one and try accessing it directly to make intercom calls.
Also double check your User and System Shortcodes to make sure you do not have any codes that start with 1 that may conflict.

Thank you for the response Shortcode. Needed to include 1XXXN barred in user rights shortcode tab.Extn dialing each other now.

I would have suggested you check your Dial delay count
it is almost certainly wrong.
also if you are dialling 9 for a line then removing ? from short-codes should be enough to stop "1" going to line
