Is there a way to print out on an 81-c what internal DN's that 1-800 numbers are linked to and vice versa?

motox2, do you know if they are they DID or Dedicated Exchange Lines COT's for your 1-800 numbers

Cheers!!

If they are directly pointed to a DID no, if you are using your IDC table to direct them then you can look there and see what you have.

Go to your 1-800 provider and ask what DNIS digits they are sending when the 800 numbers are called. Then start with the DNB's to follow where they go. IDC tables, ACD "Q's" phantom extension or just phones.

PB nailed that one.. an 800 works just like a did.. the provider sends digits.. they may match the did.. if not an idc or a maxp 1 acd can redirect them.. either way the provider will have the list, it is not programed in the switch as an 800 number
