rename the administrator.ops file
and copy an administrator.ops file from as old a manager as you can find

do you have access to an old version. the oldest I have is 3.2.

i know, I have told them many times.

If you have a backup, get snadboy Revelation (Open the Manager/Revelation and move the pointer over the ******

I have the 1.2 and the books from the NA course I done 7 or 8 years ago :)

I know it has been fixed now but on 1.4 you could delete all the .ops files & not have to log-in to manager at all!


Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows
 
That is the AVAYA disc, i have the Network Alchemy disc 1.2 :)

and we have a winner LOL
we are all a bunch of pack rats, I also have all the admin and voicemail CD's from 1.2 on when I started with IPO because in the beginning you needed to have the exact release otherwise you could create a corrupted config when you used the wrong Manager version.
