Hello,

Trying to avoid creating a mulitude of labels that adhere to the dimensions of a word document. The font is Callibri 7.5 in Word(Access font size only shows 7 or 8) but the kicker is the carriage returns are more narrow in Word. Essentially, when I want a new line i hold ctl button ? Enter.

Any known way of cutting this in half without messing with font size?

Thanks.......Mickey

Hi,

MS Word? This is MS Access, in case you were wondersing.

Check out the PARAGRAPH property in MS Word. You can have just about any line feed size you desire.

Actually, I meant MS Access report. Text within a label - I'm trying to return 1/2 the vertical space such that the spacing between printed lines is less. I know I can create multiple labels and bump them up etc, but I've got like 75 to do-it's a text-heavy report.

Thanks
