1º 9630 vpn phone connection ok, connect 2º, and 1ºrestarting

I have a customer whith small office in other state, with two 9630 Vpn Phone.

If you connect a 9630, build the VPN, login ext. perfectly, and all is all right. If connect the second, VPN ok, and log extension perfectly, but the first 9630 phone, go off line, and restarting in a few second with no result. If I wait some minutes, and connect again the first 9630 VPN phone, the second phone, goes off line and restarting the bucle again..... first ok, second ok but first go offline, then first again and second go offline etc etc etc.

If you connect the phones in two diferent locations all is all right.

The central office have and IPO 500v2 7.0.23 and the VPN router a NETGEAR FVS336gv2.

The configuration of the VPN is without MODE CONFIG RECORD.

Any idea?

Have you given them the exact same VPN credentials?

User and passwords are diferents, of course....., but the policy is the same. I can't create two policies for the same VPN connection....

What version of firmware is on the 336?
It is really important to have the right version.

FVS336Gv2 Firmware Version 3.0.7-24 in the last publishing in the netgear WEB. Other new not in the web?

That is a newer one then i have although o am not working with Netgear anymore.
And i must say i am glad i do.
Always these kind of problems.
Try to find 3.0.7-21, that one was the most stable i have seen.
But Netgear does not like multple tunnels from the same external IP address.

Many are like that, router to router VPN is often the best option and easier to manage anyway especially when multiple users are at the same site

Ok, thanks all for the answers. I'll try in mode config first......
If anybody have more idea about it, or experiencia whit the NETGEAR, be grateful for more information....
