0xc0000022 error

i got xp on my machine.

i made a program in vb6, package it. then when i install it
on the machine it tells me that application can't run, error 0xc0000022.

i dont know, im on a network. Server operating is NT, so can help me find solution to that problem.

Do you have full administrative rights on the machine(s) you are trying to install you app on??
