0x32 with Mics 7.0 repeatedly losing all programming and PRI keycode? 1

Customer has Nortel 0x32 with Mics 7.0 and PRI that we have been servicing since early 2007. About a month ago system lost all programming and it took 5-6 reboots to even get it to come up and then had to input PRI Keycode and re-program from scratch. This morning, same thing only it hasn’t even come back up yet after 4-5 reboots. I’m thinking it may be a bad software module or motherboard but not sure. No storms in the area although the first time their building had a power issue the night or weekend before.

Anyone ever seen a system repeatedly default itself or have any ideas.

Make sure the MICS has a Release 2 NVRAM cartridge. A PRI with a Release 1 NVRAM will wreak havoc with programming.
