Hello to all.
I'm having a problem with my connection speed crawling then dropping with error when dialing in through a FastRAD to a
0x32 KSU. The RAD stays connected has been replaced and reset a number of times. This happens with 7.0 and 7.1 software. All hardware has been replaced and different connection speeds were tried still resulting with stalling and stopping during program downloading. The phone company says their end is fine.
If I take all hardware to a different location it works fine.
Could the fiber optics from TELCO be causing this? Is there something else I can check? All I'm getting is the run around from everyone.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a Telco issue, one way or the other.

Fiber, though? What sort of demarc do you have installed on site? If you're receiving a DS3, or Sonnet ring on fiber, I wouldn't think speed on a converted POTS would be an issue.

We have a RJ25 jack with three lines going to a fuse block.
I even bypassed their demarc. I'm still researching online to see if a converter of some sort would make a difference or for something else to check.

STILL STUMPED!!!!!!!!!

Try changing your baud rate.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.
