0x32 + Flashtalk remote notification

Hi Guys,
I have done this before but its been a few years - been working on larger systems. An old customer of mine has had issuse since the fL storms
0x32 = 6 lines DR 5 or higher
Flashtalk 2 port

Used to get notified when message left in emergency line mailbox 226 (real estate company!).
The battery backup had issues - changed out.

System has pool 1.
All 6 lines appearing on Reception telephone .
I had the flashtalk on a high port and renumbered years ago to port/ ext 500,501
I thought maybe the ports went bad = changed. No different...

We had a spare Flashtalk/ changed out and re-programmed, no different.
When a message is left in MB 226 it does not grab a line and notify!

Can you help please??

You need to program it.

In F983/2XX/ Allow Off prem Notify = Y
Make sure to use Pool 1 if lines are Pool A
In F981/ADMIN/6 you need to add the phone #/s and time of day to notify.
