Hi,

recently, windows server 2003 had a blue screen with Invalid Kernal Handle, error code 0x00000093 (b8,0,0,0) and found nothing about it.

Please help.

Do the normal stuff first:
1. Run memory test
2. Run manufacturer's hard drive test or CHKDSK if you have RAID

Any relevance here?

Don't forget the memory test - probably the first thing I'd do. Bad memory can give you really wacky behavior, like your computer/server is just out of its mind.
