#08:08: server name mail.box Error

I have one client that everytime he sends and email with an attachment he gets a message that says:
#08:08: Server Name mail.box
It doesn't matter if he is sending his email within our Notes network or outside. He is running client 4.6.6c on a Window 95 machine. Originally he was getting an error message:
AMgr:Agent "Forward emails" in 'mail\xx.nsf' does not have proper execution access, cannot be run.
I tried refreshing and replacing his database design, running updall, fixup, and compact on his database. Then I recreated the database and now he gets this new #08:08 message. Now he tells me he was getting this same message all along. Does anyone have any ideas?

The following error message is seen in the Mail Routing Events of the Domino Server 4.6x log:

Router: Error transferring message <ID> to <Server> mail.box 08:08
Router: No messages transferred to <Server>

Solution
The 08:08 error code translates into an internal error &quot;Retry NoteUpdate&quot;. It is caused when the sending server receives an ERR_SESSION_CLOSED from the destination server.

This may be caused by problems in the network. Customers should use a sniffer or network analysis tool to verify the network activity or any problems at the time when the error is received.

Thanks! You were right. That is exactly what we found when we did some analysis on our T1 usage. (A T1 separates some of our users from the server.) This error seems to occur at times of high utilization.
