07.004.46:40589 error code phaser 840

That error is a failure in the drum maintenance clutch. With an 840 chances are you may need to replace the dmc drawer assy as well as the clutch. Check teh lift pins on either side of teh dmc tray if they show any wear like a "L" shape notch in the end of them I reccommend replacing it and suggest you replace the clutch at the same time. P/N for bothe are 436035901 and 650428800.
