0513-015: Unable to start qdaemon

Hello,

I'm facing a big problem with my printing system. I'm no able to print because qdaemon is down and I can't start it. The following message occurs 0513-015: unable to start qdaemon. Please, check system resources and try again later.
My system is a p5 570 running AIX 5.3 TL6

Could someone help me?

Thank you very much. I've tried the procedure many times but it doesn't work. The problem remains.
