Hello,

1.Does any one knows is there any special specifications for the amphenol cable required for this module?

2. Where can I find one?

3. Can I punch down the other end of the amphenol cable to a patch panel in order to ease the move of extensions from one office to another?

4. I have seen amphenol cables with two 50 pin amphenol connectors. Do I have to use these or one connector is fine?

1. A standard 25 pair male ended cable is all that is needed. You can typically purchase them in lengths that are multiples of 5 feet, with either raw cable or another amphenol on the other end. We typically get 25' M-M cables, and cut them in half (it's cheeper to do this than buy 2-10' Male to Raw end cables.)

2. Graybar, Sprint North Supply, etc. etc.

3. Yup, punch one pair to the White/Blue slot of each of the 24 ports on a patch panel.

4. Do you mean they have one connector on each end, or a 50-pair cable with two connectors on one end? If the one connector on each end, see #1 above. If you are talking about a cable with two connectors on one side, well if you had 2-024 cards side by side, I suppose you could plug it into each one, but I'd rather have one cable per card.
