016 TR "going to sleep" Magix

Has anyone ever have analog phone on an 016TR card go to sleep? If it is left idle it will stop working.After you call it, it will start working again

on the legend, there is a PCN out on the 016 t/r cards but it doesn't say what for. So, I'm guessing someting along this issue. I remember hearing something about this as well before when I installed a R6 legend. Here is a cut and paste of the pcn.
