How can I transfer a call into one of the analog ports of the 016 T/R card?

More information is needed to answer this question, for instance:
Has the call already been nswered by another extension.
Is the phone that answered a single line set or a key set.
Or do you really want an outside trunk or DID to be answered on the 016TR.
Or is the voicemail transfering the call.
Let us know.

what I would like to know is how to make a DID to be answered on an specific port on the 016TR. I have a PRI with DID numbers one of which i'd like to use on one 016TR port.
thanks

The extension number of the device on the 016 card must match the digits in your block of DID Station numbers from the telco. Don't forget that there might be some drops and absorbtions involved with the DID setup, that's another thing to look at. If there's no match, find an unsused extension that does match and program a cover button using centralized programming onto the 016 analog device. Then it will answer all calls directed to the covered extension.

Hope this isn't too confusing. Let me know if you need clarification.
