Has anyone had any issues w/ MLS 18D's on an 012e module. I have a customer w/ an ACS Rls. 7.0 w/ 2 308ec's and an 012e module and the MLS 18D's won't come up on the 012e card. He has 1 MLS 34D and 2 of the Partner 18D's that work fine on all ports of the 012.

The 012E should work with the Partner ACS R7 processor. if you plug the phone directly into one of the 012E ports, does it work at all?

The display just flashes off and on.

Can the MLS-18Ds be left connected to the 308s or the main processor and just use the other 18Ds on the 012E?

I can't think of any reason why the MLS sets should not work with the 012E

No there are too many of the MLS 18s. He also took the 308s out of the system and left only the ACS and the 012e in the system and they worked fine on the 012.

If "he" means a CPE vendor, you might want to have him take a look at this. Since there are sets that do work properly on all of the 012E's ports, that would rule out the module being bad.
