011 calls & allowed lists

I set up a disallowed list for 011 and an allowed list to allow some 011 calls and had a user test it and they are not able to call any of the allowed list numbers. Am I doing something wrong??

You might want to check the FRL assigned and its ARS side. Please post a print of the lists and a station, so we can have a look see.

Hi Jim- I hope this sheds some light on the issue. I have only set up x683 to be able to call the codes on the allowed list so far- Thanks-Eileen

I could be wrong, but I believe a disallowed list will trump an allowed list. so, having disallowed 011 will trump the 011etc entries.
