OK, I am back again. I have a customer with a Merlin Legend phone system and an 007 MLM. One user at ext 11 has his message indicator light on every morning when he comes in to work. There are no messages in his mailbox. I status where the message comes from, and it is coming from the VMS at 3:01AM every morning. He is not the general mailbox owner, fax receiver, or owner of 9991,9992,or 9993. He is also not the message receiver of any call group. I have tried to check everything that I can.Could it be possible that a fax is coming in somehow at night and somehow choosing ext 11 and then disconnecting causing the light to come on? I have shortened the call duration to 0 on the SMDR to see if any actual calls are coming in at 3:01am. Any ideas would be appreciated.
