Can I setup the voice mail to answer calls only when in night service?
I have a Legend(r3 I think) with a 007 MLM module with 4 ports.

When you say Voice Mail, do you mean the Auto Attendant, or mailboxes for extensions that do not answer calls transferred to them.

For the Auto Attendant not to answer during the day, assign the Operator extension as the Principal User for each line, and assign the Voice Mail Calling Group to the Night Service as well as the lines.

Or, you can assign the pool of lines to a calling group, with overflow to the Voice Mail calling group, and set the time for overflow so high that calls will never ring that long to end up at the Auto Attendant.

If you are talking about coverage to extensions, use Night Service with Coverage Control, and add a Coverage Off button to the extensions.

All you have to do is put a Night Service button on your
console to toggle between AA or Op answer. Or program timed
nite service hours and let the processor turn on or off the
AA. Simple.

Thanks to all,
T3, I wound up just using the overflow delay you recommended. It worked good enough for now.
Thanks
Tom
