007 mlm hard drive failing 1

I have an 007 mlm that keeps going down. I replaced the main unit with the existing hard drive in an effort to keep all their messages and programming. It is still going down regularly. So now I will replace the hd. Can anyone tell me were to look for instructions on doing a back-up so I don't have to do a total reprog. I have been unable to find instructions for this and am not sure it is even possible. Thanks.

The easiest thing you can do is to connect to the MLM-007 by dialing the 7th port, or by connecting to the Serial port, and print a report of how it's programmed using Hyper term or some other communication program.

There may be someone out there who can "clone" your HD, but it is not easy because it's format is "propietary".
