000000's Password 5

Please don't freak out. I have the tools level password to re-set the 000000's password. When i do the resetadminpwd I get:
"Unable to logon as user id for blue, User: blue"
"ResetAdminPwd rc-41405, expected=0"

By the way I am using remoted desktop to connect to the server.

Are you logging on with the Administrator password?

I think this command has to be done from the console. Open a dos window and run this command

mstsc -v:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /F -console

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the callpilot IP address. This will get you to the console port.

cp address /mstsc /console

enter the /mstsc /console after the IP of the CP to have full privelegeds through RDC
