0 to go back to Reception out of Voicemail Pro

We just did an upgrade to version 4.2 and our vm pro has had some issues. When someone calls someones voicemail and hits 0 it should re-direct to the receptionist. Instead it routes back to the same person being called. Where is this set at? It used to work prior to the upgrade. Any ideas..

If it is a users mailbox you are speaking of then it is the breakout under each user. The voicemail tab of each user.
