0 length Temporary Image Files

In reviewing my server performance I see that I have some 6000+ Temporary Image Files of zero length.

Can someone enlighten me as to why this might be the case?

I'm receiving the dreaded Page Server Errors once again, something I've never found any reasonable documentation on.
