0 Concurrent Access Licenses? after installation

Hi guys,

I am having a bit of troubles accessing CE10 after installation.

this is the error I get any time I try to logon to the CMC'


All of your system's 0 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your system's license key has expired. Try again later or contact your administrator to obtain additional licenses.

I think I have followed the instructions to the 'T'
and I have also registered the product and got me a new un-expirible KEY.....

I would appreciate any help on this one

Hi,
Just a basic question:
When you look at the License Keys page in the CMC, what is shown..Did you enter your key?

I get the 0 licences error when I try to log to CMC

I think it has something to do with the user but don't really know what.

can I print screen shots on this site?

If so I can show you the Message Box.

Hi,
Log in as administrator using enterprise authentication and NO password.( Unless you set one, it is blank by default)
( The Administrator account does not use a license)
