€ symbol on Laserjet 4+ and NT40

I have a problem concering the € symbol in WP 9 and os NT40.
I have also applied service pack 3, then it works fine but my WP9 installation is scrambled.

So I know service pack 3 is not an option. Does anyone know if servicepack 4 is an option? Or maybe WP10??
