When sending a email, the party receiving the email just gets "ÿþ<"
without the quotes. Why is this happening? How can I fix this? Person is using Outlook Express, with Windows XP home edition. The mail is going through YahooGroups. They do not have the group set up for text only. They are able to receive html. Any ideas?

Are you replying to a message you received, or creating a new message? If replying, I had this problem also, using Outlook Express. The only way I could 'cure' it was to tick 'Include message in reply'. If I want to reply and not enclude the received message, I have to create a new message and not use the reply button.
