My teamwork and me have a situation where we are trying to offer a solution for a Supervisor.
The solution consist in this scenario:
He want to stay at his home and randomly choose an agent to monitor from his cellphone using avaya workplace and utilize the Service Observe FAC and just only listen the QoS and maybe using the Service Observe in Coach functionality also.
The solution that we are trying is to make use of the FAC but when we are trying to use the service observe access code we have a "denial event 1812 SIP Sta cannot be observer" but this denial evenent only appears if we are using the FAC by de workplace.
Also we trying this FAC using AAfD and the "same" situation works properly but we are using the feature buttons to put the "ser-sobsv" feature, as the documentation says to is necessary for a sip station.
Therefore this option also was tried on the workplace (using the feature bottons in the station) but without success, even all the feature buttons doesn't appear on the workplace interface, i mean just appear 1 of all of we put on the configuration of the station, and maybe the problem is around this situation.
The only reason that we found is think about this functionallity doesn't work for Avaya Workplace.
Anyone knows something about this or maybe worked on a similar scenario?
