    You actually need 1 gig of ram for 4.1.3. I did finally get it installed and working. My setup is a P4 3.0 HT with 3 gig of DDR2 533 running W2k3 enterprise with GSX. Guest 1 - is CCM 4.1.3 and Guest 2 is Unity 4.0.4. Works great!

    Thanks Beat! That is what I was able to figure out. I used win2k adv with sp4 integrated. Loaded the Internet Explorer 6sp1. Reg hacked it. Then installed 2-7 and then 2-7sr3. Copied the shutdown into the utils dir and was able to install CCM. Thanks for the reply though!
