    I have no idea if the phone ever did it in the first place. So each extention (phone) has to be individually programmed to automatically connect to the incoming call? The 4 other phones do it, but just one doesn't. I found the instructions on how to program it on the AVAYA website. Please...

    One of our phones at work is not automatically going to the call coming in. I have to manually select it in order to answer. I have switched the phone with a different one so I know it's not the phone. Any ideas what it could be? Here is a link to some pictures I took of the components I believe...
