Thanks, Gents. I tried all of the above and nothing works. I'm pretty sure TAS is the obstacle here. I'm doing a PBX upgrade at this location in a couple of months that should eliminate the need for TAS in the first place so, no worries. Roger that. Verifed 1582 and 1586 were allowed as well but that still didn't work. Checked 08 116 and made sure calls actually rang at the phone. I also tried adding a headset button to the Dterm (F1090) but that didn't solve the problem either. Any thoughts on using a call pilot group...- ptpg
