I made the mistake of enabling a users OOO. The result was all of the responses went back with my name on them. I found that I had to switch to that clients id file in order to enable the OOO correctly.

1) Rename bookmark.nsf and desktop.ndk. Delete cache.ndk. Start Notes and these files will be recreated.

We route all of our mail through Postini and it eliminates about 95% of inbound spam. The end-user has full control over what they want filtered out and what they want approved for delivery. One drawback for you - it does not have any internal mail controls.
