Does anyone know if it is possible to pass a VDN or Vector variable when doing a BSR to another location? We’re trying to think of a way to pass something across with the call so we can route it on the other end without having to have so many BSR plans. Thoughts? Thanks

Are you asking another question? Avaya recommends that any network port be hard set to 100/Full. Check your network switches and hardware. Also ensure any IP cards in your Avaya are set to 100/Full. A miss match between Avaya and the network can cause latency.

My can use the terminal emulator to add a new user. User permissions|user data. Then you need to give them access using Feature Access. You would need to be an administrator or at least have permissions to add and/or change User permissions and Feature Access.
