I found a great document regarding alarmtraq and IP Office at their web site (www.alarmtraq.com). It lists all the traps generated by IP Office, VMPro and Delta Server.

I think you might not be configured properly or you do not have the correct MIB files loaded.
I receive all the info available from the trap message. For example, if you look at the log files you should see:
