I have restarted the netlogon service mutiple time. I have also delete the DNS server and recreating. Then getting all the server to update their SVR records. I can ping my server usinf the SVR record so I think this aspect is OK. Dynamic update is turned on. Any other hints?

I have a w2k server that will not add it GUID DNS name to the DNS server. All my other server have added there GUID DNS name to the DNS. Replication can't occur because no one can find this server through the DNS server. How can I get this server to add itself to the DNS server?

Is there any way to redirect dynamic DNS updates from a W2K or XP pro client to different zone? I am running BIND 9.2.2 on a linux box. I am wanting to keep the dynamic updates out of my main zone.

I have giving full permission to the profile folder and all subfolders. This profile is ment to be fixed. I will try changing it to a mandatory an see what happens. I did use the XP provided function fro coping profile to a folder.
