    OK, I got it! I changed the Netmask on Site B to 255.255.255.240 from 255.255.255.0 and I have a constant connection. Thanks to TidyTrax for the help. I wouldn't have ever gotten it without the suggestions.

    OK, I changed the Subnet on Site B to 10.0.0.0 and nothing changed for about 5 min.Then I checked the ststus and I had a connection for about 5 min. Now I have no connection again. I just don't get it?????

    I Have 2 Dlink DI-824VUP's for a site to site vpn. I follow the directions from Dlink (be as they may) and I can't get them connected. Both locations have static IP's.
