    file doubles in size after saving

    I agree with ikonpro that probably the best way to get the file smaller is to use Save As each time you save and overwrite the file. Also check in File Preferences that the save is set to smaller rather than faster. (Could take a while to save 91Mb tho!) Good luck.

    Thanks for the reply, Grillhouse. Having read my question again, I'm surprised anyone understood it! I had hoped that this would have been something I'd overlooked - seems so basic. Ah, well...

    I know how to set the same view on all pages throughout a document - Alt/View/Zoom etc. Is there any way to position all the pages of a document on the screen? I need to view the top of all pages at 70% to read titles & am having to move every page individually at present. Cheers.
