    OOPs. It sounds to me that you don't have enough ram. Since your already getting the image from a TFTPServer. I would try upgrading the ram NOT the flash. My 2600 router uses normal PC ram. You may want to see if yours can too. Sorry for previous post I misunderstand the question.

    You can always boot it from a TFTP server instead of using the flash memory to store the image. Hope This Helps
