How to set up "transfer connect" feature?
I am trying to figure out how to setup the "transfer connect" feature in my Definity. The reason behind this is I have some calls that must retain their inbound ANI information after an agent has transferred them to another outbound number. Can anyone help me with this issue?- Telesaurus
